Instructions for Use:

  1. Wash before using. Lid is top-rock dishwasher safe.
  2. Hand washing the cup is recommended to preserve its finish. Do not use harsh chemicals (such as bleach, abrasives, etc.)
  3. Do not microwave, freeze, or boil.
  4. Not for use with hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids.
  5. Avoid accidental opening of the bottle by keeping the button free and clear of other objects.
  6. Cover the button with the loop to help avoid accidental pushing of the button.
  7. When opening the bottle, keep fingers away from the recess behind the spout cover. 

Warnings:

  1. Drinking hot liquids presents a risk of injury.
  2. The straw allows generous amounts of liquid to be draw suddenly into the mouth from the bottom of the bottle where the temperature of hot liquids is usually higher than it is at the liquid's surface,
  3. Hot, carbonated, and perishable liquids and other contents may build up pressure within the bottle and unexpectedly leak or spray out. Pressurized contents also may cause the spout cover to open rapidly enough to injure fingers positioned in or near the recess behind the spout cover. Always open with caution.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping is usually sent via surface transport (road)
  • Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Air shipping may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address
  • Incorrect or unreachable contact number
  • Courier service disruptions or strikes
  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions

Order Cancellation

As most of our products are handmade or personalized, orders are processed soon after they are placed.

  • Once an order has been processed or production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Cancellation requests after placing an order will generally not be accepted.
  • Everlasting Memories reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

Returns & Replacement Policy

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product (received in damaged condition), or
  • An incorrect product,

we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share a clear parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible. This video is mandatory for claim verification.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging, if requested.

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized or personalized handmade products.
  • Gift cards or gift certificates.
  • Damage caused while opening or using the product.
  • Claims made without an unedited parcel opening video.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

We only provide replacement products in the following situations:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You receive a product that is damaged upon delivery and the claim meets our replacement policy requirements.

Shipping Damage

We take extra care in packaging every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

However, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, transportation is managed by the shipping company.  Everlasting Memories cannot be held responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused during transit by the courier service.
