Nationwide Shipping and Returns:

We take utmost care in the shipping of your products. But to make all the procedures smooth and easy, please allow us 4-7 working days for your order to be dispatched, applicable for craft supplies and Pattern paper packs only.

For Handmade Products, it takes time to make the product so it may take 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.  During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays, so please bear with us.

Everlasting Memories uses all leading courier companies to ship your products. The parcel will be shipped by surface (by road), taking 7 -10 days to reach until requested by the customer for urgent delivery or by air.

But if there is any unseen or unexpected problem then the parcel either shipped by air or by surface might be delayed. Unexpected problems could be anything like : 

# Unable to reach the customer.

# Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable.

# Any strike in the city or a courier company.

# Any natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, drought, etc.

# Any raid by any government department.

# Any mishappening during transit.

Cancellation of Order:

If we receive a cancellation request and until that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Everlasting Memories has the complete right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Everlasting Memories and accepts Everlasting Memories’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on https://everlastingmemories.in shall not be entertained.

Replacement/ Return Policy by https://everlastingmemories.in

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that :
• or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost. The request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame, which is 24 hrs. of receiving the parcel.

However, to get the replacement you should make a detailed opening video of the parcel.

There are certain possibilities where it is difficult for us to support you for the same :

• In the case of Gift Certificates, or handmade customized products no refund or replacements would be allowed.
• In the case of the product damaged by the customer while opening the parcel.
• The product should have original packing, accessories, price tags, etc, otherwise no such claims would be entertained.

Refunds:

We do not offer any refunds.
